Do you take a percentage of what we raise?: No. Every fee is a flat amount for a fixed term. We are never paid based on whether an investor commits, how much they commit, or whether a deal closes.
Is a featured slot an endorsement?: No. It is an ad, and it is labeled as a paid placement everywhere it appears. Featured listings go through the same review as every other listing.
When can I start listing?: After we approve your application and you have an active plan. Each listing and page is reviewed before investors can see it.
What happens when my plan ends?: Your profile and listings stop showing to investors. Nothing is deleted, and renewing puts them back.
