1. Nature of the platform
Private Energy is an introduction platform. It connects qualified investors with energy operators for the sole purpose of facilitating introductions. Private Energy is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, or exchange, and does not recommend investments, provide investment advice, handle investor funds, negotiate terms, or execute transactions.
2. Eligibility
Access is limited to reviewed and approved members. Investors must self-attest to their accredited or qualified status. Private Energy does not independently verify investor eligibility or operator statements and relies on member representations.
3. Listings
Opportunities are submitted by operators and reviewed by Private Energy before becoming visible. Review is for platform fit and basic completeness only; it is not an endorsement, due-diligence opinion, or guarantee of any opportunity, projection, or statement.
4. Introductions
When an investor submits interest, the selected operators receive the investor's profile and request so they may make contact directly. Any subsequent discussions, diligence, agreements, and transactions occur solely between the investor and the operator, outside the platform.
5. Risk
Private energy investments involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of the entire amount invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Members are responsible for their own due diligence and for consulting their own legal, tax, and financial advisors.
6. No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor investment, legal, or tax advice.
